Each year at this time Lafayette takes time to do daily spiritual exercises together. This year we are working on spiritual exercises to encourage our relationship with God and others by Finding Our Rhythm.
Like most exercise programs, the greatest benefit comes when we exercise a little each day as opposed to cramming in a long program on one day. so I encourage you to read the sections daily and slow down long enough to spend time reflecting on the reading and taking action in your life.
